- Serve immediately after opening the saucepan and fluffing the rice with a fork or spatula.
Troubleshooting Aroma Rice Cooker
Aroma rice cooker not turning on?
A power cable fault, thermal fuse problem, power outlet fault, internal wiring fault, or LED defect are some of the most typical reasons for the light not turning on your Aroma rice cooker. If your power cord is broken, you’ll have no choice but to replace it.
Rice is too hard/dry after cooking
If the rice cooker has completed its task but the rice remains hard or chewy, add some water and continue to cook. Fill the pot halfway with water, mix the rice, cover the pot, and select WHITE RICE. If required, repeat the process.
Reheat function is not working
The reheat function is built into Aroma rice cookers. It’s great for reheating rice, although the function is a little finicky. If your rice cooker’s warming function does not work, you must have selected the incorrect setting. As a result, the remedy is to double-check the warm feature and make sure it’s turned on.
Aroma Rice Cooker Steam Is Leaking
Aroma rice cookers are not supposed to leak steam, so you must turn it off if it does. Check the inner lid gasket after it’s been turned off to make sure it’s in the right spot.
Because the gasket has the potential to slip out of place, be sure it is properly positioned. If the gasket is already in place, it may be damaged, in which case you must change it with a new one.
User Reviews of Aroma Rice Cooker
I read one person who bought the Aroma rice cooker say that the rice cooker was a fantastic piece of appliance. It was very easy to use, looked attractive and created wonderful rice. She had used the rice cooker to prepare 2 cups of organic white basmati rice and started by rinsing the rice to remove any excess starch. Nothing clung to the pan, and there was no mush or burnt rice on the base.
Aside from a small quantity that went into the plastic portion at the back supposed to catch it, there was no liquid flowing out. She wondered if people who mentioned water pouring out went overboard. It worked just as it was meant to in her opinion.
Another person said that he purchased the Aroma rice cooker during the holiday season and had been using it for the past six months without any issues and cooked the rice properly.
After 6 months it broke down. It started acting weird. For example, when he chose the white rice cook option, the rice will be hard and sitting in water after 10 minutes of cooking.
When he tried to steam something for any length of time, it would steam for one minute and then switches to the keep warm setting as if it was done. He wondered whether it was possible that he received a faulty rice cooker.
But, since it’s protected by a two-year warranty, he thought he would be OK for another two years. He called the firm regarding the warranty, and realized getting it serviced would cost me more than buying a new one.
These are some of the positive and negative reviews people have of Aroma rice cooker. But by and large many of the reviews are positive.
We trust the above information has been useful to you especially finding the appropriate Aroma rice cooker manual pdf for your model.
